Payment
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Tax Policy
All orders shipped to Washington addresses are taxed at 7.7%. All other orders are tax exempt.
Return Policy
All unused, undamaged and uninstalled parts can be returned with approval. Material Return Authorization must be attained from NorPac Street Performance within 30 days from the date of purchase and received by NorPac Street Performance within 45 days from date of purchase. Returns past the 30/45 days will not be accepted. All parts must be in their original condition, and cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses.
Contact NorPac Street Performance to receive the Material Return Authorization paperwork to process the return. Returns will be processed within 10 days from the receipt of the return at NorPac Street Performance.
Damaged Parts can be returned only by inspecting on receipt of shipment and refusing delivery. If a shipment has been accepted, opened and is damaged a return will not be accepted.
Shipping
How do I order?
There are three ways to order: online ordering, fax or telephone. If ordering by fax, just send a list of the items you are interested in along with your color preferences and shipping address. Shipping prices through UPS can be figured online by using our online shopping cart.
How long will it take to process my order?
All orders will be processed within 2 to 3 business days from the receipt of the order at NorPac Street Performance. Orders will be shipped via UPS.
Do you ship international?
No, domestic shipping only.
Privacy Policy & Terms of Use
NorPac Street Performance follows a strict privacy policy and all information will remain confidential. We do collect consumer data and use cookies, strictly to increase our level of service to the customer. We do not sell customer data.
We are not responsible for errors or omissions. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Any reproductions without our expressed written consent is unauthorized. All pictures, graphics or other copyright taken from our site without our expressed written consent will result in legal action.
Warranty Disclaimer
Purchaser understands and recognizes that racing/upgrade parts, equipment, and services by or manufactured and/or sold by seller or a Supplier to Seller, are subject to varied conditions due to the manner in which they are to be installed and used. The acceptability and suitability of any part sold or manufactured by Seller for a particular application or operating condition is solely the Purchaser’s decision. Seller makes no warranty whatsoever, expressed or implied, oral or written, THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY.
The right to make changes in design or add to or improve on the products without incurring any obligation to install the same on products previously manufactured is expressly reserved.
Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Seller harmless from any claim, action or demand arising out of or incident to Buyer’s installation or use of products purchased from Seller.
Third party warranty provisions will be extended to purchasers.
